swarm_root
swarm_root refers to the directory where
Swarm lives in the filesystem. Depending on how you installed Swarm,
the default location could be:

For a package or OVA installation:
/opt/perforce/swarm -
For a tarball installation: wherever you unpacked Swarm. If you are unsure, you could check your web server's configuration to discover where Swarm exists.
