This dataset is released in conjunction with our manuscript "Disconnect to Connect: A Data Augmentation Method for Improving Topology Accuracy in Image Segmentation"
 
The dataset has been split into train, validation, and test set.
For more information about the dataset, including image acquisition and reconstruction details, we refer to the Supplementary Material of the paper (Appendix A).

To download the data, click on a chosen file/folder, then click the download button in the top right corner.
